Lum Naturals does not provide any form of medical care, medical opinion, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Website and its content are for informational purposes only and are not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Information and statements regarding our products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

2. Description and Use of Services

Through the Services, we offer dietary supplements for sale ("Products") on a single purchase basis ("Purchase") or a subscription basis ("Subscription"). We provide users with a personal, revocable, limited, non-exclusive, nontransferable license to access the Website and use the Services for their personal, non-commercial use.

Lum Naturals is under no obligation to accept any individual as a Customer and may accept or reject any registration in its sole and complete discretion. We transfer no ownership or intellectual property interest or title in and to the Website or Services to you or anyone else.

3. Use of Personal Information

Your use of the Services may involve the transmission of certain personal information. Our policies with respect to the collection and use of such personal information are governed according to our Privacy Policy, which is hereby incorporated by reference in its entirety.

4. Product Descriptions, Shipping & Refunds

We attempt to be as accurate as possible with the descriptions of Products available through the Services. If a Product offered by us is not as described, please contact us and we will make it right in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Shipping: US orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and delivered between 3–5 business days after ordering.

Refunds: We offer a 60-Night Happiness Guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact us at (213) 347-4844 or hi@lum-naturals.com within 60 nights of your delivery date. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no charge — return shipping is free. Orders outside of 60 nights from the date of delivery are not eligible for refund. 5. Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase our products. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. We reserve the right to cancel any order if we have reason to believe the purchaser is under 21.

6. Shipping Restrictions

In compliance with federal and state laws, we do not ship our products to the following states: Alaska, Colorado, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Minnesota, Montana, Nevada, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Utah, and Vermont.

7. Subscriptions

Subscription orders are billed automatically on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at hi@lum-naturals.com or by calling (213) 347-4844, or by visiting our Manage Subscription page. Cancellations must be received before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next shipment.

8. Intellectual Property

The Website and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Lum Naturals LLC and its licensors. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, or create derivative works from any content on the Website without our express written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE WEBSITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUM NATURALS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE WEBSITE OR SERVICES.

11. Arbitration Agreement & Class Action Waiver

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or the Services shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, and not in a court of law. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. This agreement to arbitrate is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.

Fee Allocation: For claims under $75,000, Lum Naturals will pay all AAA filing, administrative, and arbitrator fees. Arbitration may be conducted remotely by video or written submission at your election.

Small Claims Exception: Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court in lieu of arbitration, provided the claim qualifies under that court's jurisdictional limits.

California Residents: California consumers may have additional rights that cannot be waived by contract. Nothing in this arbitration agreement limits any rights you may have under California law..

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought in the courts located in Flathead County, Montana.
