How Subscriptions Work
When you subscribe to LÜM, your order is automatically fulfilled and shipped on your chosen frequency (monthly by default). Subscribers save on every order and receive priority processing.

By subscribing, you authorize LÜM to charge your payment method automatically on a recurring basis at the price and frequency selected at checkout. Key terms:
- Billing frequency: Every 30 days (or your selected frequency)
- Recurring charge amount: As displayed at checkout and in your confirmation email
- Next charge date: Shown in your order confirmation and pre-charge reminder email
- Cancel anytime: Cancel before your next billing date at no charge — see cancellation options below
You will receive a reminder email before each renewal. To cancel, visit our Manage Subscription page, email hi@lum-naturals.com, or call (213) 347-4844.
Billing
Your payment method on file will be charged automatically on your subscription renewal date. You will receive an email notification before each upcoming charge. Charges are billed by LÜM Pain Relief / Lum Naturals.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees and no questions asked. To cancel:
- Visit our Manage Subscription page and enter your email and phone number
- Email us at hi@lum-naturals.com
- Call us at (213) 347-4844
Cancellation requests must be received before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next shipment. We cannot issue refunds for subscription orders that have already been processed and shipped.
Modifying Your Subscription
You can change your subscription frequency, skip an upcoming order, update your shipping address, or update your payment method by contacting our support team at hi@lum-naturals.com or (213) 347-4844.
Failed Payments
If your payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge. If the charge continues to fail, your subscription will be paused. You can reactivate it by updating your payment method — contact hi@lum-naturals.com for assistance.
Refunds on Subscription Orders
Our 60-Night Happiness Guarantee applies to any order within 60 nights of delivery. This includes free return shipping via a prepaid return label. Please review our Refund Policy for full details on eligibility and the return process.
