Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of placement. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Method & Delivery

All US orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days after your order ships. In the event of shipping delays, a representative from the LÜM team will contact you.

Product Descriptions & Accuracy

We attempt to be as accurate as possible with product descriptions. However, we make no warranties that descriptions and content are accurate, complete, or error-free. If a product is not as described, please contact us and we will make it right. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the sale of any product at any time without notice.

Shipping Restrictions

In compliance with the Farm Bill, we do not ship to the following states:

Alaska, Colorado, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Minnesota, Montana, Nevada, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Utah, and Vermont

Orders placed from restricted states will be cancelled and fully refunded. We ship to all other US states and territories.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at hi@lum-naturals.com or (213) 347-4844. We will investigate with the carrier and either reship your order or issue a full refund.
